3. User Responsibilities
You agree not to use the website in a way that is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful. You are responsible for ensuring that the birth information you provide is accurate.
4. API Key and Credit System
The following rules apply to all API Keys purchased or distributed through Mahabote AI Oracle:
4.1 Variable Credit Consumption
Credit deduction per request is not fixed. Depending on the complexity of the query and the token usage (input and output processing), a single request may consume **1 or more credits**. The actual consumption rate is determined by the system's processing requirements for each specific task.
4.2 Daily Request Limits
Every API Key is subject to a Daily Request Limit based on its Tier. Once this limit is reached, the key will be restricted from making further requests until the next 24-hour cycle begins (Reset at 00:00 UTC).
4.3 Validity and Hard Expiry Policy
Each key has a specific Validity Duration (e.g., 1 Day, 7 Days, 30 Days). Upon the expiration of the Validity Duration, the API Key will become invalid immediately. Any remaining Credit Balance at the time of expiration will be forfeited and cannot be recovered, refunded, or carried over to a new key.

6. Limitation of Liability

You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent Mahabote AI Oracle from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages, and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.

These terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts for the resolution of any disputes.

Mahabote AI Oracle reserves the right to revise these terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this website you are expected to review these terms on a regular basis.
